Local Building Services company looking for a general business assistant to be part of a team to fill various roles in the business to help and be part of the growth and success of this forward thinking and initiative company.

The position would require the successful candidate to have a drive and passion and general energetic approach to their roles and with a vision and passion for the delivery of the service to the clients and every part of that journey and service we offer.

The role would be varied and flexible and forever changing but to include customer liaisons and relationship building, general administration duties, preparation of schedules and quotations, assistance to the management on day to day activates and requirements. working with the manager to manage and control and prepare the works and diaries of the delivery team.

Equally we expect the applicant to have a excellent knowledge the various social media platforms to aid in the running and up dating of these sites for the business.

As a business we are extremely focused on the customer service that we provide and we aim to be the best in our area of service and expect the applicant to share this vision and drive to be the best and constantly reviewing and updating systems and procedures to implement improvements and efficiencies.

General knowledge of the normal PC functions to include all the Microsoft packages is essential and good all round IT skills and knowledge required.
